Every event is unique. Pricing depends on event size, timeline, number of vendors or performers, and level of support needed. Custom quotes ensure fair and accurate pricing.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. Day-of coordination has an 4-hour minimum, and larger or more complex events may require additional time to ensure smooth execution.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours after the event (unless previously discussed).
What happens if my even runs longer than planned?
Additional hours are billed at $85/hour and will be added to the final invoice.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better. Booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance is recommended, especially for events requiring planning or stage management.
